Established during 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family business within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial place. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, various types of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
During 1963, the company started crane production. The business eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and manufactures 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machines are engineered and designed for various uses and there are available models that could cover all construction needs.
Some models provide really flexible lifting options for businesses who are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and offer 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and really adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are great for any building or construction project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specially designed to work in tight sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
