Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish your needs, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. When both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and developed in order to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being made and designed all the time and would debut in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
